Seagoville's housing runs younger than a lot of what we see closer to Garland - the typical house here was built around 2001, right in the middle of the broader service area's 1973-2013 spread. With roughly 5,401 households in the area and median income near $68,020, this isn't a neighborhood of custom-built high-end doors; it's mostly production-builder construction from the late 1990s through the 2000s, the kind that came with a standard steel door and a builder-grade opener installed once and rarely touched since.
